How's everyone doing?

So, has anyone had any succcess with growing wine or bread, yet?

I don't think the little culture I started is going to grow...

it turned dark brown/gray and hasn't shown any signs of life yet... I'm going to wait a few more days and if no progress I will have to scratch and try again.
