The book's been out some time now. Has anyone besides the author managed to grow a working product?
I have
B has
Many people who work where and visit where Don and I work grow their own wine... we get together to have ambrosia sittings. The last one we had, about two hours after we started drinking (we'd had about three to four glasses by now) I could see and feel the glowing warmth of love and Divinity amongst everyone sitting in a not-quite-so-shaped-circle of couches, chairs, and beanbags; we were watching an 12-month old little girl walking around to everyone speaking her own language with the most beautiful grin of such excitment with pure happiness in her eyes. As I watched this little child live her life in that current moment with nothing but pure love absent of any and all fear, knowing that she, as well as us in the room, were no different from our Mother who's grass we walk upon nor our Father who showers us with pure white light; I saw the smile and twinkle in everyone's eyes,
Didn't Jesus and the Buddha say we must become child like to find happiness? :)

Have you read the book and having trouble growing it?
I've read the book well and definately had trouble growing it. Both the wine and the bread. A light buzz once or twice but maybe I haven't used enough. Perhaps I need to stop it at a certain point before it gets overgrown with other stuff. The blue and black topped stuff I know from more than one source is not A. m. (probably pinold) but it could be growing together with it and they may even combine to help each other grow for all I know. It starts smelling foul if I let it grow too long. What happens with you if you let the mycelium exhaust the grain?
Are T Doe and B using the method as the book? Does diluting and shaking the wine really have that effect for you?
Judging by the puny participation on this forum relative to its age, it should be apparent that this idea, of discussing a book without actually discussing its details, is about as intelligent as it sounds. We are supposed to discuss a topic, which is a formula in a book, without revealing the details of the formula to those who have not paid for the book. An impossible task, because when a poster asks for too many details, he is only told to buy the book. Hmm. Not only does that not make much sense for a “discussion” forum, I believe it might violate part of the Tribe Service Agreement: “not for noncommercial use”. Therefore I encourage everyone to immediately ignore these illegitimate terms and do what we are here to do: DISCUSS. Whether we are here to discuss the best preparation of amanita muscaria, or a certain book’s idea of it, let’s do it without worrying about book sales; let the book sellers do their selling elsewhere. We are here to freely discuss information no matter the source, and any stated prohibition or warning against it is not valid.
Now, let’s hear the details of your best preparation method or your attempts.
